Accommodations
Standard or Efficiency
Built in the typical New England “beach cottage” style, each cottage is individual and has a full bath. Each is fitted with color television and air conditioning. Two room efficiency cottages are available for extended stays which include full bath and cooking facilities. These are housekeeping guest cottages. Additional towels and linens available on request.
 
History
Our office is located in the main house on the property. Built originally as a home to the Alfred E. Collins family who farmed the land. The main house is registered with  the Charlestown Historical Society C. 1863. Cottages were later added to the house for the many summer visitors to Charlestown’s beautiful beaches and to supply “overflow room” for the local resident’s guests.
Over one hundred years later, our contemporary visitors still enjoy the fishing, boating, as well as the quiet and solitude of the country and peaceful sunsets at the beach.
